We offer accommodation for students in a five-bedroom apartment on the second floor of Villa Meri outdoor house. The apartment has an open living room with a kitchenette. The rooms have 2 single beds with bedding, and the accommodation has 2 bathrooms and toilets. 

Equipment: bed linen, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, dishes and cutlery, cooking facilities in the kitchenette, refrigerator, stove + air purifier, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, TV, washing machine + dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner. Electric heating + air heat pump.

For guests’ convenience, we offer fully equipped self-serviced guest apartments with all necessary facilities. They are equipped with a key-free system, allowing the residents to use special door codes for access.

Located on the quiet streets of Pärnu within walking distance of a swimming beach and the city centre.

One room can accommodate up to 3 people (best for 2). The cost per person is 200€/month and includes utilities cost + cleaning and linen change.

You can choose between standard rooms and fully renovated Comfort rooms, which feature an armchair bed. All rooms have a private bathroom and free WiFi, and free parking is available in front of the house. 24-h opened automatic check-in kiosk makes the arrival procedure quick. Thanks to the great location of the motel, nothing is too far. The distance between the beach and the city centre is 2.5 km and the shopping centre is 500 m away.
